Oscar is a hometown guy whose family with a coconut plantation in Jaluco has deep roots in the Barra de Navidad and Melaque area. He has over 12 years experience as a diver and holds NASE (National Academy of Scuba Educators) Dive Master certification. A skilled and consensus Dive Master who really cares that his diving clients have a good safe time Oscar heads up the Grand Bay/Barra de Navidad dive operation and is also an experienced motor launch operator and a strong swimmer.

Oscar is fluent in Spanish and English.

Terry, whose Christian name is Juan Jose, is a Guadalajara native who has lived in the Costalegre area for over 15 years. A PADI certified Dive Master, Terry heads up the Careyes Dive Shop for Nauti-mar. Prior to moving to the Careyes office Terry was with Nauti-mar at both Grand Bay and Blue Bay/Punta Serena resort. An experienced and consenscious Dive Master, Terry is also a motor launch operator and a strong swimmer.

Terry is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Humberto is the President of Nauti-mar S.A. de C.V. the company that holds the contract to operate water sports at the Careyes Hotel and Grand Bay Hotel Isla Navidad. A chemical engineer by profession, Humberto is a native of Barra de Navidad and Colimilla. Humberto holds his Marine ticket for operating large powerboats and is an avid Hobie Cat sailor. He is also a very good tennis player and he has his PADI Dive Master certification.
