Aeromar
Aeromar offer morning and evening flights between Mexico City (MEX) and Manzanillo (ZLO). Their air service between Mexico City and Manzanillo is turbo prop not jet engine.
Aeromexico
Aeromexico offer service from many international and domestic destinations to Puerto Vallarta (PVR) and Guadalajara (GDL) airports. They no longer offer service to Manzanillo (ZLO) through Mexico (MEX) as an Aeromar code share.
Alaska Airlines
Los Angeles (LAX) direct to Manzanillo (ZLO) connecting with all Canadian and American cities served by Alaska or Horizon airlines. Alaska also offer direct service into Puerto Vallarta (PVR) from Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO) and Seattle (SEA) and direct red eye service from Los Angeles (LAX) to Guadalajara (GDL).

American Airlines
No service into Manzanillo (ZLO) but they do have direct service to Puerto Vallarta (PVR) from Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW). They also have direct flights to Guadalajara (GDL) from Chicago O'Hare (ORD), Dallas/FT. Worth (DFW), Los Vegas (LOS), Los Angeles (LAX), Oakland (OAK), Portland (PDX), Sacramento (SMF), San Francisco (SFO), and San Jose (SJC) with many connections from other cities.
America West / US Airways
Seasonal service from Los Angeles (LAX) through Phoenix (PHX) to Manzanillo (ZLO). They also offer year-round service from Los Angeles (LAX) through Phoenix (PHX) to Puerto Vallarta (PVR).
Continental Airlines
Offering direct flights between Houston (IAH) and Mananillo (ZLO), Guadalajara (GDL) and Puerto Vallarta (PVR).
Delta Airlines
Delta do not currently list service between Los Angeles (LAX) and Manzanillo (ZLO) in their flight schedule. They do have service between LAX and Guadalajara (GDL) and Puerto Vallarta (PVR) as an code share with Aeromexico.
Frontier Airlines
Offering direct service between Puerto Vallarta (PVR) and Denver (DEN). Also have service between Kansas City MO (MCI) and Puerto Vallarta (PVR) through Denver.
MagniCharters
Magni have Charters in their name but they operate daily direct scheduled service between Mexico City (MEX) and Puerto Vallarta (PVR) and Mexico City (MEX) and Guajalajara (GDL) as well as other vacation destinations in Mexico. However, they no longer offer service to Manzanillo (ZLO).
Mexicana Airlines
No longer flying anywhere at this time.
Northwest Airlines
Offering direct seasonal service between Minneapolis St. Paul (MSP) and Manzanillo (ZLO). Service to Manzanillo from Minneapolis through Houston (IAH) and Atlanta (ATL) is available year round as a code share with Continental.
United Airlines
No service into Manzanillo but they do have direct service to Puerto Vallarta (PVR) from Denver (DEN) and San Francisco (SFO).
Volaris
This airline offer direct service between Tijuana (TIJ) and Guadalajara (GDL) and Tijuana (TIJ) and Puerto Vallarta (PVR).
WestJet
This Canadian airline have permission to offer direct scheduled service from Canada to Mexican destinations including Manzanillo (ZLO) but they still do not fly sched service into ZLO. They do however have scheduled seasonal service to Puerto Vallarta (PVR) from; Abbotsford (YXX), Calgary (YYC), Comox (YQQ), Edmonton (YEG), Fort McMurray (YMM), Grande Prarie (YQU), Kelowna (YLW), London, ON (YXU), Regina (YQR), Saskatoon (YXE), Toronto (YYZ), Vancouver (YVR), Victoria (YYJ) and Winnipeg (YWG). Not all are direct flights but most are completed in one day.
