We will accept reservations for tours without a deposit. However, a reservation is not guaranteed until we receive a deposit of 50% of the listed tour price per person. Should we receive a guaranteed reservation, for which we receive a deposit, subsequent to booking a non-guaranteed reservation the party with the non-guaranteed reservation will be contacted and every effort will be made to re-book for another time.

| The balance owing for a tour after the deposit paid is deducted from the tour price plus any charges for refreshments or other services to be provided on the tour is payable in full prior to departure. |

| If We Cancel |
| Deposits paid on tours that are cancelled by Sea to Sierra due to weather or for other reasons will be cheerfully refunded 100%. At the option of the client the tour may also be re-scheduled or substituted with another tour. All substituted tours will be charged at list price. In the case of substitution with a more expensive tour the initial 50% deposit paid for the cancelled tour will be credited to the replacement tour and the client will pay the balance owing for the replacement tour prior to the departure of the tour. If the full price of the replacement tour is less than the initial 50% deposit paid, the difference will be refunded to the client before the departure of the tour. |
| If You Cancel |
| Sea to Sierra will refund 100% of deposits paid on tours that are cancelled 72 or more hours in advance of the scheduled tour departure. |
| Sea to Sierra will refund 50% of deposits paid on tours that are cancelled 48 to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour departure. |
| Deposits paid on tours that are cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled tour departure are non refundable. |
