Your choice of barbeque beef, chicken or fish done over the coals in the traditional style of Jalisco. Chicken and fish are marinated in a special sauce of butter, garlic, tomato, and mild chile and slow cooked over the coals, the beef is marinated in lime juice and beer and slow cooked over the coals to sizzling perfection. The lunch includes hand made tortillas and a selection of salsas and guacamole.
