Add our authentic Mexican BBQ (Asado) lunch to any of the tours. Your choice of barbeque beef, chicken or fish done over the coals in the traditional style of Jalisco. Chicken and fish are marinated in a special sauce of butter, garlic, tomato, and mild chile and slow cooked over the coals. The beef is marinated in lime juice and beer and slow cooked over the coals to sizzling perfection. The lunch includes tortillas hecho en mano (hand made fresh tortillas) a selection of salsas and guacamole.

Or, add our Deli Style lunch that includes different breads, criossants, vegetables and dips, fruit, cheese, cold meats and to keep it Mexican totopos (tortilla chips) with salsa and guacamole.
