| For your security and to enhance the cultural experience, a Mexican guide who is native to the area and fluent in English and Spanish will accompany you on all tours. |
| On all but the Cinco Playas Tenacatita Bay Tour, which is very flat, a fully equipped support vehicle that you are free to climb aboard whenever you choose will also accompany you. |
| If the climb up a hill is a bit much, just hop on board-you can still bike down the hill on the way back!

| Also included is iced water and Gatorade, water bottles and seat pouches on the bikes, a snack, ice, a first aid kit, a bicycle and tire repair kit, a person who can use the repair kits, helmets and front suspension mountain bikes. |

| The support vehicle, guide, and the last person on the tour each carry walkie-talkies so you can go at your own pace, but if you need us, we'll be there for you. |
