If you are an avid cyclist, you may also want to bring the following optional personal items to make your trip more comfortable; cycling gloves, your personal helmet, your personal bike seat, special cycling shoes, and pedals. We'll put the pedals and seat on the bike for you and give them back at the end of the tour.
We have several sets of pedals for standard clip shoes that we can put on the bike for you, but if you use eggbeaters you'll have to bring your own pedals.
If you generally use a camel pack drinking apparatus you may want to bring it along as well. Just remember it's warm here and carrying something on your back may not be very comfortable.
