We have "Trail-a-Bike" tandem attachments with gears, for children from three to ten or eleven years of age depending on the size of the child. They are certified for children up to 85lbs in weight. A parent is welcome to carry smaller children in an approved children's bike seat, however you will have to bring along both the seat and mechanism to attach it to the bike.
